What does one do when there is pain? Let me share my story. So I had a right shoulder muscle spasm yesterday. I thought it must have been a wrong sleeping posture until I remembered carrying a heavy shopping bag ( weighing almost 10 kilos) on my right shoulder on Friday. The pain was almost 8/10. First I deep breathed my way through it coz I was at work all day. Next I did hot water fomentation on the cramping muscle and third I reached out for Magnesium Phosphoricum 6X. This is a mineral salt which alleviates muscle spasms. ( the muscle has stayed in contraction for too long and that depletes the muscle off its magnesium). This tissue salt replenishes it. Day two with a swollen belly and day three of horrible pains that feel like constant labour pains and next to no sleep 😩😭 I’m completely exhausted and hating life right now. Endometriosis SUCKS! There is a huge myth when it comes to endometriosis and that myth is that if you get pregnant and have your baby, your endometriosis will go away. So many doctors still to this day tell me to get pregnant because my endo will go away and yet I have a two year old son and since I gave birth I have been in more pain than I ever was before I got pregnant. Pregnancy is NOT a cure for endometriosis. There is NO cure for endometriosis. Cooling down my foot and I couldn't sleep enough as usual👣😸
My foot and hands get so hot very often👣
However they used to be soooo cold all the time...

★ Pain protéiné sarrasin-lupin ★
Comme chaque semaine en ce moment, voici mon test boulangerie de la semaine, avec ce délicieux pain très moelleux grâce à sa cuisson à la vapeur, et plus riche en protéines que la moyenne avec la farine de lupin, les œufs et les graines de chanvre :-) ►►Ingrédients :
- 150 g de farine de sarrasin
- 75 g de farine de lupin
- 3 œufs - 50 g de graines de chanvre
- 5 cl d'huile d'olive (ou macadamia)
- 5 g de levure boulangère déshydratée
- 1 c à s de miel
- 1 grosse pincée de sel
- 1 poignée de graines diverses
- 15 cl d'eau tiède filtrée ►►Étapes :
1/ Mélanger dans un bol à part l'eau, le miel et la levure. Laisser s'activer pendant 5 min.
2/ Mélanger les farines, le chanvre et le sel. Ajouter l'eau, les œufs battus et l'huile. Mélanger à la main ou au mixeur (avec l'outil feuille).
3/ Verser dans un moule huilé adapté à votre cuit-vapeur (comme le Vitaliseur dans mon cas). Répartir les graines dessus. Faire cuire 1h. Laisser refroidir avant de démouler.
