Recipe for casserole:
1 pack #sausage
1 cup #soucream
1 cup shredded #cheese
Handful of #spinach chopped
Put in 9 x 12 pan (or whatever you have)
Back for 350 for 20-30 minutes and check on it.
Yesterday, on my IG Stories , I was talking about my #AtkinsDiet days. I started remembering that period of my life-my early 20’s- in Omaha. I was so desperate! Desperate to find love. Desperate to lose the 20+ lbs I gained after moving. Desperate to like myself. It was a challenging time! I’ve changed a lot and I’m glad I went through those bumps! They’ve made me who I am. I learned how to take care of myself inside and out. I figured out the type of man I wanted. I figured out how to take things one day at a time. I figured out that if I don’t choose me, no one else will! Aging and growing isn’t the worst thing, right ladies? We are just like wine...getting better and better if we let ourselves!
Getting snowed in was a perfect excuse for getting creative in the kitchen! I made my FAVORITE, chewy, moist, fudgy, just darn good cookies! They are perfectly rich and my favorite keto protein snack/dessert!
Taste like brownies and don't have an intense peanut butter flavor! I also save some dough and freeze it to use for mug cakes!
