Some days are harder than others but we keep going and sometimes it's one person that can shift things good or bad or both! It's okay to not be okay everyday! ✨
After a tough morning, I received an email from a mom thanking me for my kindness and gentleness, as this was a gift to her child. One sentence helped to shift my day. It's important to remember that the children we work with or the children in our lives do not have to be okay all the time either and it is important to listen to their actions and needs, as they are constantly changing.
It's Hygge Sunday again and today we're breaking out from under the blanket and doing some outdoor swimming! And then will swiftly be returning to the blanket, obviously. It's gonna be a cold one... What are your favourite ways to embrace (or escape) the winter chill?
