Felt the need to challenge myself to pull off double duty tonight even after a workday on only 5 hrs sleep all after an unexpected rest day yesterday! Last night just literally got away from me! I'm human it happens, but the problem is if you let one day get away, it can quickly spiral into more and you all know Im not about that, and Im not having it!
So with that being said I pushed heavier and harder than ever before and hit some new PRs on various moves for the first time ever and it felt damn good! I didn't think I could but I kept telling myself I will!
85 lbs on standing reverse grip row-8 reps
40s on seated bi lateral curls-8reps
30s on 1 1 2 hammer curls-8reps each
75lbs on ez bar standing bi lat curls-8 reps
40s on alternating lunges -8reps each
40s on step up reverse lunges-8 reps each
40s on Bulgarian split squats 8 reps each
I needed this tonight, it was personal for me to feel good about myself again, to know i gave 110% to get back on track, and to come back even stronger!
