Back massage can be really relaxing for baby and can release alot of tension whilst also increasing circulation.
Its great for some tummy time too, however some days, or just in general, babies don't always like or feel comfortable with tummy time so it can be adapted.
Always remember to take note of any cautions whilst massaging your baby and remember that some babies can be a little sensitive to new strokes. Introduce gradually if this is the case and start with less sensitive areas such as the legs, or you can do some still touch (which is shown on the course)
Baby massage is so lovely 💟 and such a great way to have some precious bonding time and is also great for relieving and helping with symptoms of colic, wind or teething....
