This falafel were made with chick peas and broad beans, parsley, garlic and salt and pepper. #noflourthistime
Not because I am afraid of it or anything similar, but because we had not flour to put 😂. To prepare a recipe you don't need all the ingredients. Sometimes you can skip one or two or replace for ingredients that suit you better.

As I love peppers, I also roasted some and put on top. And because lately I have been in love with fresh veggies, I also chooped #freshorganictomatoes

The good thing about preparing falafel is that we (me and my husband) prepare large amounts of the patty and keep it in the freezer. So, any day we feel like eating home food but we are not in the mood of cooking, we just open the #hollyfreezer
to find our delicious pre-cooked meals 🤤.
