My go to 'salad dressing' is mixing coconut vinegar or red wine vinegar with a few drops of liquid stevia. #dontknockittillyoutryit  It's 0 calories and has the perfect amount of acidity and sweetness to make ya not cringe with the taste of vinegar. I've been doing this little trick for ages. Even if I'm out for lunch, I keep liquid stevia with me so when I order salads I can opt out of dressings and request red wine vinegar or lemons (to squeeze lemon juice over it) to use instead with a dash of my stevia. 👌🏻👌🏻

Guten Morgen ihr Lieben 😊 heut früh ging es für mich auf eisige 7 Kilometer bei -12°C ❄️⛄☃️ und danach war ich ordentlich durchgefroreren und meine Wimpern hatten nen Eismascara😂 zur Belohnung gab es jetzt den leckeren Cheesecake nach dem Rezept von @marias.healthytreats mit leckeren Himbeeren 😍❤️😍 einmal wischen dafür➡️ den Februar schließe ich damit mit 153km für die #fbry18challenge  @runfurther.de @keeneurope ab.

Buongiorno ragazzi! Che sia Tione di Trento, che sia Parma, i miei panini/sandwich non possono mai mancare! 😄 oggi me lo sono fatto con hamburger di tacchino, insalata, salsa bbq, philadelphia active e sottiletta light. Bello croccante come piace a me!😍 dopo credo che andremo a fare due passi... Anche se il cielo sembra avvertirci di una possibile nevicata. Comunque ieri sera mio fratello mi ha chiesto come faccio ad avere il fisico che ho... E mentre me lo chiedeva si stava preparando una pasta con due litri di olio, panna, speck, ricotta e chi più ne ha più ne metta! 😂 e io gli ho detto... Beh... Di sicuro non mangiando tutte le sere una pasta così 😂 (lui lo ha sempre fatto)... Diciamo che per avere buoni risultati non servono a nulla diete drastiche, men che meno beveroni miracolosi o tisane magiche dimagranti! Affatto. Bastano costanza e volontà 😊 certo... I miei sfizi me li tolgo anche io. Alla fine a me non interessa gareggiare e sfilare su di un palco. Mi basta solo piacermi e star bene con me stesso! E per questo scegliere alimenti sani e "puliti" è essenziale. Poi per quanto mi riguarda... I pasti in una giornata sono molti. Se uno di questi è più elaborato, basta tenere un po' più sani gli altri! Be flexible!

About to cut up this sweet butternut squash into cubes and bake it in the oven with a little bit of coconut oil and cinnamon. I've heard good things about Rosemary with butternut squash also and I think one day I'd like to try roasting some squash and potatoes together how I normally do my potatoes, but for today I'm going to go with my sweet-tooth and do it this way. Pairing with Salmon and garlic toast. Mmm...

Hey Y'all! Let's talk sweet potoates! I freaking love them 😍.
The first time I had a sweet potatoe was over 5 years ago at Texas Roadhouse. I ordered it loaded (with marshmallows, brown sugar and butter). It was like a dream come true - I can have dessert as a side to my steak instead of broccoli, whaaaattt?!?! *
*** Little did I know back then that sweet potoates are amazingly healthy. Here are some of the benefits of sweet potatoes:

1. A 4 oz serving of sweet potatoes contains 320% of your daily recommended Vitamin A. That's right, 320%!! #microhack 

2. They contain virtually no fat. So if you are low on fats but need carbs, sweet potatoes are a great source. #macrohack 

3. Sweet potatoes contains a high level of Potassium and double the amount of fiber compared to a regular potatoe. #fiber

So a while back i posted about my ham breakfast tacos and a friend of mine @fitmomolivia shared her fav egg white breakfast recipe. I have made it a couple times and I love it! So naturally I have to share it with y'all!! •

5 egg whites, a splash of milk, vanilla, liquid stevia and cinnamon whisked together and then I make them thin like crepes so I end up with about 5-6. I put some fresh fruit on top and a dollop of rediwhip and a little sprinkle of powdered sugar for visual effect lol. It. Is. Amazing!! There are no "good foods" or "bad foods"....food is just food. It's a crazy thought, right?! Some foods have carbs, some have fats and some have proteins. Your body needs all three of these to function corectly.

Shown are two different options for breaksfast. They both have the exact same amount of calories. Both are perfectly acceptable choices as long as you are hitting your macros.

With that being said, when you are on a cut it is best to utilize your macros so that you feel full longer. •••
The best way to do this is by eating more voluminous food such as spinach, strawberries, broccoli, apples and cucumbers. These foods are lower in calories but take up more space so you are less hungry.

What am I eating?: baked turkey meatballs (Pinterest recipe) with veggie marinara (add bell pepper, mushrooms, and spices to a jarred marinara with good macros), and whole wheat rotini (weighed out with a food scale). No, I’m not eating all of this-I made enough for the whole family. 😀 If you plan ahead, you can totally fit pasta into your macros! I tend to always be under on my carbs and over on my fats. February ended just as strong as January and I am so thrilled with my results, considering I barely made it to the gym this past month. I did keep up with my one mile per day goal and found some time for a few body weight exercises here and there throughout the month. For March I plan to focus on my micronutrients in addition to tracking my macros as I’m finding more and more that I’m using my carbs for sweets rather than fruits and veggies. This month will pose some real challenges as I travel overnight for work 5 nights as well as another 5 nights for a vacation with my husband.
