I went into the office today so I always make it a #priority to workout those mornings because I have to have energy all day.
This morning I was greeted by a very early riser but luckily she’s so conditioned to seeing me workout that she knows to sit and watch or join in. I love how much healthy eating and being active is just a part of our every day lives.
Recipe for casserole:
1 pack #sausage
1 cup #soucream
1 cup shredded #cheese
Handful of #spinach chopped
Put in 9 x 12 pan (or whatever you have)
Back for 350 for 20-30 minutes and check on it.
Drinking a ton of water on keto is a must! Considering how much water your losing, it makes sense. I try to drink AT LEAST 3 of these a day! Every so often I add lemon or ACV. #kcko#drinkup#hydrate#h20 .
