Got to meet @ericarico93q today and talk to her about what is going on with her son who recently joined the Marines!!! Very down to earth real woman it was pretty fun being have a conversation with her felt like I was talking with one of my own family members lol. I can tell where her son gets his big heart and respect from. Thank you for allowing us to come to the station!!
Yea I know my eyes look all dumb but everyone looks great in the picture I’ll pay that price lol
Doubt is one of the most debilitating things that we have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. If you think about it, doubt gives power to negative thinking. Have you ever noticed how once you start to doubt something, your mind spirals into a negative thought process and before you know it you have successfully talked yourself out of what you were about to do?
What doubt actually does is to stop you from moving forward in life. It keeps you where you are and stunts your personal growth. It limits you from achieving what’s truly possible for you and it shrinks your own level of happiness at the same time. The saddest thing is that after a while, you end up believing that voice inside your head... So – we actually have a choice about whether we listen to doubt, or we choose to ignore it. Imagine if we could replace those doubtful thoughts with positive, encouraging thoughts. Imagine how different our lives would be?
Some things are better left unsaid.. We don't always have to say whats on our mind let alone saying it exactly the way it is.. Recently am learning to improve on my communication skills which includes knowing what, when, and how to speak. They also include knowing WHEN NOT TO SPEAK.
Many of us have triggers that cause us to speak before we think. Some people find it hard to resist a perceived challenge. Some people are quick with sarcasm(I KNOW I AM🙋🙋😂😂). I happen to often feel the need to correct mistakes but is it really better to hash out these things? Is that what's going to make things better.
Not everytime you respond to everything, you feel a certain way about someone or something, keep it to yourself, words hurt more than you can ever imagine. Be sure to taste your words before you spit them out.

The tongue is a small thing but what enormous damage it can cause.
