“Tough times never last but tough people do” - Robert Schuller #18point1 was a tough little bugger and I’ve heard so many mixed reviews but what stands out the most is how disappointed people are with their performance on the day. The open is an annual test and as it has done is all the years past, it exposes your weaknesses. That’s a good thing right? You have one year to work on improving yourself. Become fitter, stronger and faster but most importantly build a stronger mindset. Work on your recovery and nutrition as it’s just as important as honing and improving skills.
We have 4 workouts left, enjoy the workouts and take away the lessons you learn from each workout. The Open should be fun with a tough of pain and discomfort 😜
