I DID IT! My last long tempo run before I attempt a 1:45:00 half marathon!!!!
Run went as follows: 6 easy (9:37, 9:30, 9:16, 9:32, 9:31, 9:23) [email protected]
:00 (8:00, 7:49,7:47, 7:49, 7:56, 7:36- ok so I clearly need help with pacing myself come race day) 4 easy to finish (9:46, 9:32, 9:03, 9:04)
First off, I'm so thankful for my #mrtt
girls who pushed me! I have the best #runningbuddies
Secondly, I really need to figure out how to not psych myself out. I was so nervous going to bed last night for this workout. How am I not going to be a hot mess come race day!? Also, instead of focusing on the mile I'm in I start to freak out about how many I have left! I KNOW I can do this physically, and I keep saying it, but it's the mental part I struggle with. For now I'll try to stop freaking out about race day (which is still 15 days away) and celebrate this victory!! #longrun #halfmarathontraining #prchaser
