Getting to the #gym
can be tough and if you don't have one you love close by it's even harder. My gym door to door is about 20 minutes so going in am before work can be #rough
. Figuring out what works best for your schedule is a must and helps you be realistic when trying to set a routine. I know i won't go after work so I force a morning schedule. I like having my nights open for other activities or to myself, specially if the weather is nice!!! As I've gotten older the early morning is tough 🤦♀️🤣 When I'm pressed for time or traveling I love doing quick calorie burning videos. There are lots of good ones on #YouTube
, even #Netflix
and you can purchase videos or subscriptions. I like Jullian Michaels kickbox and pop sugar has some great cardio ones for max calorie 🔥. These are easy enough to watch on an iPad, laptop and worse case a phone and do in a hotel room if needed. Most #hotels
also do have gyms so try to squeeze in 30 mins at the start of your day!
Other tips are be active in general and that helps when you can't get to gym. In the summer I like to #bike

, play #tennis
🎾 or make sure I take walks at lunch etc.
Getting a step or fitness tracker is helpful to track how active you are and where you need and want to be. Things like fitbit or workout apps etc.
