is a success. Not only did I stick to my budget (and even went under), but I did it in under 2 hours! If you saw my cart from yesterday, you got a glimpse at what I was prepping for the week so now I’m showing you how it all came together! ✖️
• Instant Pot Balsamic-Mustard Pork Tenderloin seasoned with @primalpalate meat & potatoes, super gyro blend and pink Himalayan salt and then cooked for 6 minutes in a marinade of @primalkitchenfoods balsamic vinegar, @primalkitchenfoods honey mustard (if doing #whole30
use mustard without any sweeteners), and @brothmasters bone broth! You can check my stories for a walk through of how I made the entire recipe and recipe is on the blog (link in profile)!
• Shrimp curry (recipe on my blog) made with @nutiva coconut oil, @veggienoodleco cauliflower rice, bone broth, and wild-caught shrimp. • Oven roasted chicken drumsticks (recipe on my blog) drizzled with @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil and seasoned with @primalpalate jerk seasoning, seafood blend & apple pie spice. • Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts (recipe coming soon) seasoned with @primalpalate breakfast blend. • Spaghetti Squash Sausage Casserole made with @pedersonsfarms breakfast sausage, @raoshomemade arrabiatta sauce and seasoned with @primalpalate meat & potatoes blend. • Wild-caught roasted salmon sprayed with @fourthandheart ghee and seasoned with @primalpalate seafood blend. • Oven Roasted broccoli seasoned with @primalpalate garlic & herb. ✖️
How did I do this in such little time? I had multiple things cooking at the same time by utilizing multiple kitchen gadgets. I use ever space in my kitchen to prep all the food first and then cook it all at the same time (oven, stove, instant pot, and air fryer). ✖️
I am a creature of habit so I tend to eat a lot of the same food each week. To keep me from getting bored I switch up the spices and how I cook it. Sometimes I’ll make soup in the instant pot instead of the stove, and sometimes I’ll air fryer the chicken instead of roast it in the oven. Switch it up, have fun and don’t get so stuck in having to follow a recipe. Make it your own!
